Actually, bitch, I can recreate it out of sculpey polymer clay. I’ve made several more realistic looking mushrooms out of sculpey with a glaze finish, as well as several equally cartoon style mushrooms. Also, it’s not illegal for me to “copy” this design, not any more illegal than it is for you to take copyrighted ideas from Lewis Carroll and turn it into a necklace. So, unless you have copyrights on the creation of mushrooms, pendants and chesire cats, you really can’t say anything.
Also, I only reblogged in the first place because she said she liked it, and I had read in previous posts of hers that she was low on cash, so I thought if she was “super interested” then maybe I’d make her one for free and send it to her. Not the original, but just as good, and free. Also not made by a total cunt.
Actually, no, you stupid cunt. Nothing from Lewis Carroll or John Tenniel is copyrighted, as it is all long out of copyright. And… you’ve stated that you’re copying something, so you’re copying it. So, please attempt to post it on Etsy, it will be removed. They have very strict rules about this.
I’m not worried though, I’m sure that you’re going to go places with your sculpey.

I’ve ignored this for awhile, but it’s getting to be a little bit ridiculous. It’s very rude to take a photo of something that someone else has made and then state that you want to copy it and sell it. It cannot be made out of “sculpey” as it is a glass pendant and the rest is silver.
To ask people if they’re “super interested” is just ridiculous, especially after you’ve outrightly stated that you intend to copy it. It’s not only extremely rude, it’s illegal. All of the designs and photos are copyrighted.
If you want to create something, please attempt to actually create something. Don’t copy something that someone else has done.
Suddenly she came upon a little three-legged table, all made of solid glass; there was nothing on it except a tiny key, and Alice’s first thought was that it might belong to one of the doors of the hall; but, alas! either the locks were too large, or the key was too small, but at any rate it would not open any of them.
